Performs a variety of support tasks associated with Payroll. Operates under general supervision.

    1. Garnishment and pension processes
    2. Process for sick leave and payroll documentation
    3. Payroll deduction process
    4. WD HELP ticket resolution
    5. Preparation of daily, monthly, annual reports as requested
    6. Coordination of bank cards for new hires
    7. Maintains payroll information by collecting time and attendance records or any other documentation needed
    8. Maintains employee confidentiality
    9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    10. Prioritizes daily workload to effectively meet deadlines
    11. Respond to first line Payroll inquiries
    12. Performs other special projects and related duties as assigned
    13. Creation of salary certificates, FCL or any related letters
    14. Bachelor's Degree in Related field or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of experience in Payroll or HR. Knowledge of Payroll or Accounting Procceses.
