Position Overview

Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness in multiple channels (face-to-face and digital), market share, and revenue growth across EMEA markets. Entrusted with growing the MicroVention business in EMEA, lead the efforts to provide complete solutions for customers and patients with Neurovascular diseases. The emphasis is on the downstream interaction with country sales leadership teams and HCPs to grow market share through existing and new product lines. Job duties:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the EMEA region.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, messaging, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition for current and new product launches to targeted audiences.
  • Manage the life cycle management of the product portfolio under responsibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Actively work with Supply Chain and Sales organization to review the sales forecast for product production purposes.
  • Build strong relationships and collaboration with country sales leadership teams to influence on their commercial priorities.
  • Be the point-of-contact between the Global Marketing team and the EMEA region for the respective product line under responsibility.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of marketing programs, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and assets development.
  • Collaborate with the MarCom team to build a brand awareness and thought leadership through content marketing, social media engagement, and PR initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the EMEA marketing intern(s), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and strategic partners to support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing roles within the MedTech industry, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
    3. Deep understanding of EMEA healthcare markets, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
    4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    6. Experienced in matrix organizations.
    7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
    8. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
    9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

    11. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
    Desired Qualifications
    1. ­An MBA in management or marketing preferred.
    2. Experience in Neurovascular industry preferred.
