Position Overview

Perform various Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) support duties. Support the entire TA team and assist with special projects and related HR duties as requested. Job duties:
  • Schedule phone, video (MS Teams), and in-house interviews with both external & internal candidates, including candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain and track weekly interview metrics/measurements.
  • Update and track all candidate employment applications, Confidentiality Agreements, NDA’s, and interviews via BrassRing (ATS) including schedules and interview evaluations.
  • Initiate all candidate background checks and notify TA staff when candidates have cleared.
  • Collaborate with TA, Payroll, and HRIS to continue to enhance the Workday Onboarding process.
  • Assist with the generation of Workday ID# for all new hires.
  • Send out all new hire and position change announcements via Workday and email.
  • Provide a weekly list of new hires to Recruiting management.
  • Submit hire forms via BrassRing (ATS) and initiate all new hire personnel folders.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all temporary (contingent) workers, along with representative from Eastridge.
  • Responsible for all temporary conversions to full time.
  • Support TA team with some Intern and full cycle recruitment on various hourly positions.
  • Member of the Associate Innovation Orientation (AIO) project team and act as a facilitator on a bi-monthly basis or as needed.
  • Work with TA team to help coordinate various University Relations events (i.e. information sessions, career fairs, diversity & inclusion events) by processing fees, ordering collateral and giveaways, preparing and shipping recruitment material, participating in fair, organizing resumes, and candidate follow up.
  • Act as one (1) of two (2) BrassRing (ATS) super-users and provide ATS support.
  • Assist with maintaining requisition report and other recruiting metrics.
  • Track associate referral bonuses and submit to Payroll.
  • Monitor and process vendor payments (when needed).
  • Create vendor credentialing letters for Territory Sales Managers, etc.
  • Respond to first line Recruiting and HR questions (when needed).
  • Responsible for following document retention/destruction procedures.
  • Perform other special projects and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Act as back-up Office Services Administrator with Receptionist duties (when needed).

    1. High School diploma.
    2. A minimum of three (3) to six (6) months of TA and/or HR experience and/or significant office administration/project management experience.
    3. At least two (2) years of experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    6. High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. BA/BS degree (preferred)
    2. PHR or SPHR desired.
    3. Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    4. Exposure to HR principles and practices, and applicable labor laws and regulations.
    5. Previous experience with BrassRing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    6. Knowledge and desire to source/recruit.
    7. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
    8. Medical Device industry experience a plus.
