Position Overview

Support the Compliance program for third party management, including the due diligence process, compliance certifications, and trainings. Assist with departmental record keeping, reporting, and other Compliance projects. Resolve routine compliance matters under minimal supervision and escalate more complicated compliance matters as applicable. Job duties:
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the Third-Party Management SOP.
  • Administer the MicroVention due diligence platform for new and existing third parties, verifying that sanctions, PEP and adverse media / negative news screening has taken place using appropriate systems.
  • Recognize, record, and resolve due diligence red flags, escalating issues identified as applicable.
  • Draft due diligence reports for high-risk third parties under the supervision of the Healthcare Compliance Director.
  • Assist with annual third-party compliance certifications and training records.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance training records.
  • Assist in enhancing existing controls and developing new functionalities and systems within the third-party onboarding and due diligence process.
  • Conduct data analysis and draft reports on third-party onboarding.
  • Monitor and audit vendor master list to ensure compliance requirements have been met.
  • Assist with departmental record keeping and periodic reporting.
  • Support on ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    2. Three (3) to five (5) years legal or compliance experience.
    3. Working knowledge of or familiarity with compliance statutes and laws, both domestic and international.
    4. Familiarity with third party management, onboarding, and KYC/due diligence.
