Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an interactive, project-based work environment. Over the span of three months, interns will participate in an in-depth orientation week, facility tours, Leadership Speaker Series Q&A panel, community service activities, baseball games, and beach bashes—all crafted to invest in our interns’ personal and professional development. Year over year, MicroVention continues to have best-in-class conversion rates, converting interns in the following departments: HR, HR Communications, Talent Development, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Accounting, and more.

Quality Systems Intern
The Quality Systems Intern will assist in the development of trend analysis database, procedural improvement, and organization of records. This role is to enhance trending analysis and record management to strive for continual improvement in the Quality Systems program. The intern will also assist on various projects relating to QMS software systems. Typical job duties might include:

• CAPA and Deviation – Support data trending analysis.
• Quality Audit record management – Organize and follow through on audit related information.
• Capable of meeting project goals with moderate supervision.
• Support validation projects for QMS software
• Participate in projects to update validation documentation
• Accept additional projects or tasks as assigned by QMS management


  • 1. Working towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferable in any engineering or computer science related discipline.
    2. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
    3. Detailed oriented, organize, and strong project management skills.
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint). (Prefer an intermediate or advance level of Microsoft Excel skill)

    1. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    2. Strong analytical capability and organization skills.
    3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    4. Proven analytical skills and ability to comprehend documents and concepts.
    5. Knowledge of medical device industry
    6. Knowledge/experience with SharePoint

    Additional Information
    • This position will be a hybrid of onsite work and remote work.
    • Relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
    • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
