Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an interactive, project-based work environment. Over the span of three months, interns will participate in an in-depth orientation week, virtual facility tours, Leadership Speaker Series Q&A panel, community service activities, and virtual outdoor social events (including a Virtual Escape Room and Virtual Trivia)—all crafted to invest in our interns’ personal and professional development. Year over year, MicroVention continues to have best-in-class conversion rates, converting interns in the following departments: HR, HR Communications, Talent Development, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Accounting, and more.
Talent Acquisition Intern
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and cross-functional HR and client Partners to implement and execute programs, projects, and initiatives to advance MicroVention’s University Relations Programming, to add to our Talent Acquisition process, and to attract, recruit, and retain the next generation of MicroVention Associates.

Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Projects
- Support Specialist, Talent Acquisition in streamlining Workday (HRIS) Onboarding process for all incoming new hires and temporary MicroVention Associates.
- Partner with Specialist, HR Communications in revamping Talent Acquisition’s University Relations (UR) marketing/branding materials for Fall ’21 recruitment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Communications on coordinating Intern Social Media series.
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to provide input and guidance on strategies to best approach university/college students around sourcing, recruitment and programming.
- Support the execution and research of a virtual recruitment event for Historically Black Colleges & Universities planned for Fall ’21.
- Responsible for developing, researching, and executing MicroVention's 1st community STEM events with local high schools and elementary schools.
- Support the execution of FY’21 Intern Programming (i.e., Intern Photo Shoot) and organize the End-of-Summer event.
- Execute personnel file project in collaboration with HR Operations and Payroll.
- Support timely execution of FY’21 intern on-boarding and off-boarding to uphold HR and IT compliance.
- Partner with Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs to coordinate weekly interviews and report out metrics.
