Perform financial and statistical analyses in support of financial and cash management initiatives. Job duties:
  • Under general supervision, perform financial and statistical analyses in support of the organizations financial and cash management initiatives.
  • Analyze and forecast the spending requirements for the organizations supply chain and freight departments.
  • Partner with the Operations team to develop cost projections and manage capital spending for the company Machine shop.
  • Work with business partners to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    2. Minimum two (2) years of Accounting or Finance experience.
    3. Must possess strong planning and organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
    4. Strong team-player with ability to work effectively with a broad range of professional inside and outside the Company, both in the U.S. and outside the U.S.
    5. Genuine interest in investigating, exploring and understanding new concepts.
    6. Ability to communicate difficult ideas and concepts in basic layman’s terms.
    7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner while working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
    8. Must be flexible and willing to accept new job responsibilities and assignments.
    9. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
    2. Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
    3. Assume responsibility and timeliness of work completion.
