Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an interactive, project-based work environment. Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training Intern
The Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training Intern will assist on various Marketing and Training projects and processes. This role acts as key support to the Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training department to assist with coordination, administration, logistic, and facilitation of key product and materials for various clinical marketing & training programs. Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training Intern
The Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training Intern will assist on various Marketing and Training projects and processes. This role acts as key support to the Clinical Marketing & Corporate Training department to assist with coordination, administration, logistic, and facilitation of key product and materials for various clinical marketing & training programs. Typical duties:
- Helping with organizing and coordinating various training courses and activities
- Update timely Training and Marketing presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support set-up and dismantle for in-house programs
- Inventory and catalogue product samples to training activities
- Assist with the organization and parceling of corporate training material assembly: including printed materials, demonstration tools, product, and training models
- Organize optimal logistic strategies, transportation modes and follow-up
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, product logs and records for product samples, models, and materials to support training activities. Updates product inventory and readies marketing training models for various training programs
- Assist with scientific publications and clinical marketing initiatives.
- Assists with the preparation and coordination of electronic database (e-learning). Compiles and maintains e-learning employee reports
- Support other project responsibilities, as assigned
