Position Overview

Working closely with the Sr. Analyst, NA Strategic Sales, this position will administer and support sales contracts and pricing analytics for North America sales. Position will interact with NA Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Service associates. Job duties:
  • Partner with NA Sales, Customer Service, MV Legal and Finance to prepare, submit, execute, and administer NA sales and consignment contracts.
  • Provide analytics and make recommendations related to rebate programs and accruals, RFI/RFP responses, pricing administration, GPO admin fees, and consignment/trunk stock inventory requests.
  • Execute and monitor negotiated contracts from implementation to expiration to ensure that appropriate pricing is applied to sales orders.
  • Support Sales and Customer Service in managing updates in product availability during product launches, discontinuation, and supply delays, specifically as it relates to the impact on customer contracts.
  • Assist in the investigation of customer pricing discrepancies and work with appropriate stakeholders to identify resolutions.
  • Maintain GPO/IDN membership lists.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
    2. Minimum two (2) years of experience in contracts administration or equivalent; experience with legal terms and conditions preferred.
    3. Familiar with sales operations, sales planning, and/or Finance.
    4. High level of analytical and quantitative skills.

    4. Experience in medical device industry a plus.
    5. Strong computer skills to include MS Windows, Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP.
