Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an interactive, project-based work environment. Over the span of three months, interns will participate in an in-depth orientation week, facility tours, Leadership Speaker Series Q&A panel, community service activities, baseball games, and beach bashes—all crafted to invest in our interns’ personal and professional development. Legal Intern

The Legal Internwill work under the direction of the Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Legal Affairs to gain hands-on professional experience in the practice of law. You might be the right person if you…
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and have a demonstrated ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner;
  • Have a genuine interest in learning the role of in-house counsel in a global corporate environment; Have a sound grasp of key contracting issues and redlining agreements;
  • Are comfortable performing legal research and drafting memoranda for various matters pertaining to the organization.
Specifically, you will…
  • Under attorney supervision, draft and review correspondence, issue spot and comment/redline agreements, and other legal documents;
  • Provide litigation management support;
  • Assist Associate General Counsel with supporting and advising internal clients and business units;
  • Perform other tasks and special projects related to the Legal Affairs function; and
  • Report on your progress in a timely manner.

Job Details

    1. Rising 3L currently enrolled full-time at an accredited law school.
    2. Interest in learning about role of in-house counsel.
    3. Bachelor’s degree.
    4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
    5. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

    2. Prior work experience demonstrating business acumen and project management.
    3. Motivated self-starter who exercises high level of discretion and business judgment to complete tasks.

    5. Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and project coordination.
    6. Ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
