Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an interactive, project-based work environment. Over the span of three months, interns will participate in an in-depth orientation week, facility tours, Leadership Speaker Series Q&A panel, community service activities, baseball games, and beach bashes—all crafted to invest in our interns’ personal and professional development. Marketing/Communications Intern

The Marketing/Communications Intern will assist on various MarCom projects and processes. This role acts as key support to the Marketing Communications department to assist with coordination, administration, logistic, and facilitation of key product and materials for global meetings and programs. Typical duties:
  • Support coordination for internal programs and meetings
  • Support Public Relations activities that may include patient and customer interactions
  • Update timely Corporate and Marketing presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support set-up and dismantle for in-house programs and physician visits
  • Inventory and catalogue product samples to support global meetings and trade shows
  • Assist with the organization and parceling of trade show material assembly and shipments including printed materials, demonstration tools, product, and training models
  • Organize optimal global logistic strategies, transportation modes and follow-up
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, product logs and records for product samples, models, and materials to support WW meetings. Tracks outgoing and return shipments, updates product inventory and readies marketing training models
  • Assist with Social Media dashboard and on-line tracking
  • Support other project responsibilities, as assigned

    5. Detail-oriented approach to tasks and problem solving
    6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
    7. Able to work with multiple Associates and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
    8. MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel software
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Interest/experience in the medical devices industry and marketing communications
    2. Strong software applications experience
    3. Comfort and knowledge of social media applications
