Position Overview

Working closely with the Sr Sales Operations Analyst, this position will support efforts in improving and managing the company’s North America consignment and trunk stock inventories. Job duties:
  • Analyze inventory levels and turns, identify opportunities to reduce inventory and optimize inventory mix and quantity at the product level by account.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure inventory levels are within reasonable guidelines and reduce exposure to inventory excess and obsolescence.
  • Assist in the generation of monthly inventory levels and turns comparative variance reports and summaries.
  • Analyze demonstration and sample product levels in the North America market.
  • Assist in the generation of monthly demonstration and sample levels comparative variance reports and summaries.
  • Track shelf-life of products in consignment and trunk stock locations and assist inventory owner in timely removal / replacement of inventory nearing expiration.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Customer Service in the execution of planned product replacement and swap-outs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    1. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in field inventory tracking and analysis.
    2. Experience working with sales, customer service, field and corporate personnel.

    5. Experience in the medical device industry a plus.
    6. Proficient computer skills to include MS Windows, Word, Excel, strong ERP usage and understanding.
