Position Overview
This position is responsible for the design, development and delivery of quality training content and material. Assists with selection and creation of training effectiveness checks.

- Manage all training for MV quality systems.
- Conduct needs analysis. Create and implement training based on these analysis findings.
- Evaluate current training material and provide revisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop and implement training.
- Design to audience based on understanding adult learning principles.
- Develop relevant content to ensure high levels of learner engagement that enhances retention.
- Present training content using a variety of instructional techniques or formats (such as exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, role playing).
- Develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course material, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Establish criteria to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments (surveys, evaluations).
