Position Overview

Entrusted to make critical decisions that will affect the business such as identifying what is needed, within what time frame and identifying the components needed to complete the tasks. Assists with production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products. Assists with master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Assists with plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Data Entry of production specifications and other information as required. • Coordinates monthly & daily manufacturing build schedule of product • Plans and coordinate sub assembly delivery and production planning • Responsible for all areas of demand planning for product lines which require a higher level of planning ability • Develop and implement top level manufacturing build plans, for existing and new products, that meet defined service level and inventory targets for the division • Reviews and analyzes production, issues build cards and coordinates sterile lots
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills both English and Spanish
    • Strong analytical and data modeling skills
    • Organization skills to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manages resources
    • Ability to work independently
    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Administration or related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel and JDE
    • APICS or other Planning related certifications is a plus
    • Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MPR)
