Manager, Education Training
Position Overview
The Education Training Manager will manage clinical, technical and educational training to support MV associates. This position will develop and monitor all educational programs, establish relationships and work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors, global sales and distribution teams and internal department representatives. Launch programs to global teams and contribute to projects with strategic and tactical execution to maximize opportunities, drive competitive advantages and optimize financial performance. Job duties:
- Manage all curriculums for various MV clinical and technical education programs.
- Develop and implement required training and provide revisions to all programs.
- Develop, organize and ensure accuracy of training materials.
- Deliver and evaluate all written education materials and assist in global distribution.
- Administer all education performance.
- Support Marketing in the development of education programs for global sales and distribution teams.
- Identify and implement program enhancements and develop relevant metrics and key performance indicators.
- Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows.
- Implement and execute strategies developed by the marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers.
- Accept and lead special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
