Position Overview

Assists with maintaining daily administration of the Facilities and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) departments which includes office and cleanroom manufacturing environments. Supports Facilities and EHS staff by completing preventive maintenance work orders and logs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire alarm, fire life safety systems and quality assurance. Assists in serving as a liaison to outside contractors. Job duties:
  • Assist with investigating issues related to audit findings, NCR, CAPA and QAR by collaborating with various functions (e.g. Quality Assurance, R&D, Production, etc.).
  • Assist with preventive maintenance program within the confines of the annual budget.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance logs for janitorial, pest control, and cleanrooms for NCR, audit and archive purposes.
  • Maintain and update compliance records and quality systems on all facility equipment including Fire Life & Safety systems.
  • Lead and coordinate NCR/audit related activities including compliance and monitoring of conformance to current processes.
  • Assist with communication and scheduling of contractors and service providers.
  • Assist with project invoices and purchase requisitions.
  • Track training records for EHS and Facilities documentation.
  • Assist EHS with safety training classes and records.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating office seating charts and space allocations on computer-aided design (CAD) drawings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Two (2) to three (3) years of Facilities experience.
    • Knowledge of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance.
    Desired Qualifications
    • General knowledge of EHS and Facilities management.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Preventive Maintenance Program.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Basic Auto CAD.
