Position Overview

Assists in the implementation of the corporate compliance program, performing continuous monitoring and testing, and maintaining databases of all monitoring activities. Provides reports and data analytics on findings and develops corrective action plans. Facilitates the accurate reporting of HCP (Health Care Professional) and teaching hospital payments under the CMS Open Payments System. . Assists the Healthcare Compliance Director with the development and implementation of compliance training and communications. Job duties:
  • Performs compliance monitoring and testing of various business activities including T&E expenses, HCP engagements, and a variety of other activities.
  • Prepares reports and data analytics on monitoring activities. Develops corrective action plans, including providing training as needed.
  • Facilitates the HCP aggregate spend reporting process to identify and make changes to accurately record and capture all reportable HCP transactions and provides training as needed.
  • Assists in the design of the annual compliance training. Tracks and measures the completeness and effectiveness of compliance training and provides statics and remedial plans as needed.
  • Interacts with various corporate functions, instruct and update associates on compliance risk areas, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • BA/BS or equivalent.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with internal auditing, monitoring and testing, and/or HCP reporting.
    • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or life science industry experience.
    • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Concur, JD Edwards).
