Position Overview

Assists in the maintenance of the written documentation including the quality manual, design history files, device master records, device history files and other documentation provided by the quality system for Document Control. Assists with general Administrative duties. Typical responsibilities include:
  • Assists in maintaining document files to current requirements as defined by the quality system
  • Process documents for revision and approval
  • Issues controlled documents
  • Assists in the formatting of documentation
  • Maintains the master document log and database
  • Issues document numbers
  • Assists in routing Document Changes
  • Assists in maintenance X-Level documents
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
    1. High School graduate or equivalent
    2. Minimum 1 year in a clerical position
    3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
    4. Preparation of documents, written and oral communications
    5. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
    6. Good interpersonal skills
    7. Good organization and completion of projects
    8. Knowledge of company polices and procedures
    9. Ability to follow task through to completion
