Senior CNC Machinist
Position Overview
Responsible for fabrication, machining, assembly, and maintenance of R&D and Manufacturing process tooling and fixtures.

Job duties:
  • Set-up equipment to fabricate tooling using CNC Machines.
  • Fabricate and assemble production tooling using CNC and conventional machining equipment.
  • Clean, inspect and repair production tooling using conventional machining equipment.
  • Maintain machine shop equipment and assigned area clean.
  • Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
    1. High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. Minimum five (5) years of experience with conventional machines, lathe, milling machine surface grinder AND minimum five (5) years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup and operation.
    3. Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills.
    4. Detail-oriented and quality-minded.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Ability to perform set-ups independently on CNC and conventional machining equipment.
    2. Possess basic machine shop math skills and ability to perform calculations.
    3. Thorough proficiency in CNC CAD/CAM programming using MasterCAM.
    4. Good communication skills and ability to process information into action.
    5. Ability to read and interpret drawings and sketches.
    6. Must be highly motivated and work efficiently and speedily.
    7. Should have basic machine shop tools.
    Additional Information
    • The primary work location for this position is Aliso Viejo, CA (company headquarters)
    • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
