Product Specialist

Position Overview

Provide support to Product Managers on marketing of current and future product lines. Establish relationships and work effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, vendors, global sales and distribution teams, and internal department representatives. • Assist product managers to position products in the market using creative strategies to maximize sales and profit • Provide support with marketing plan activities for current products, new products, line extensions and programs • Working closely with product managers: analyze market reports, sales data, competitive trends, clinical needs, customer behavior, sales feedback, etc. for incorporation into product strategies and management reports • Support product managers to develop and provide education and sales tools for global field teams • Support product managers to develop useful sales programs, information, and other materials aimed at improving customer knowledge and increasing usage of MicroVention’s products • Act as a main contact to gather/provide regular and timely product information for the global sales and distribution teams to increase their knowledge and selling effectiveness; provide general product information to customer service and other internal department representatives as needed • Become increasingly familiar with product lines • Support phase-in/phase-out product line activities by collaborating with customer service, planning, sales/marketing teams, and other departments • Working closely with product managers and marketing communications, help update MV APPs and provide general support for product line related initiatives • Provide support for physician visitor product related activities at MicroVention facilities • Occasionally travel to customer sites/labs to observe clinical cases, support commercial initiatives, interface with customers, and develop relationships • Accept additional projects and product line duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $76,000 (Could be higher based on education, experience and skill set
