Recruiter, Talent Acquisition- Temporary

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs, in charge of and responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate on workforce planning, develop sourcing plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as create and execute new and creative ideas. Play a critical role in the growth and development of the organization and help ensure in hiring the best possible talent by leveraging technology and systems executing on the recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, organizations, and Associates, while coordinating and implementing university/college relations initiatives. This role is 50% sourcing/recruitment, and 50% Talent Acquisition operational/functional activities. Job duties:
  • Manage full cycle requisitions ensuring an exceptional experience for all parties: hiring manager, candidate, interviewing team, and other interested stakeholders.
  • Thoroughly deliver each stage of the requisition: review job descriptions, post vacancies, source and pre-screen candidates, set up interviews, facilitate post-interview calibration and process closure, create and extend offers, conduct reference/background checks, among others, with a high focus on quality and process adherence.
  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to host the end-to-end process, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager experience. Assist them in a diligent manner and share visibility of the process along the way.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and facilitate all necessary logistics and requirements for new hires.
  • Perform effective candidate management, accurately documenting and feeding our ATS.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized tracking of all open requisitions including status, actions in place, next steps, etc., and follow up accordingly.
  • Execute recruiting plans, facilitating on-site job fairs and maximizing all sourcing channels and platforms.
  • Actively participate in all recruiting programs and initiatives; network through industry contacts, associations, private and public sector organizations; and foster university/college relations and partnerships while coordinating and implementing diverse initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the company’s internship and referral programs, building and fostering relationships with different area leaders and top talent across the organization.
  • Support the facilitation and ongoing improvements for our Assessment Centers and other recruiting programs.
  • Maintain a healthy and active candidate pipeline for all positions.
  • Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition process through effective communication and constant guidance, and host sessions when required.
  • Participate in various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding, and social media.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    1. Two plus (2+) years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in multinational environment.
    2. A minimum of two (2) years of ATS experience, sourcing and tracking applicants.
    3. University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline related to the field.
    4. Demonstrated experience creating and building qualified candidate pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques.
    5. Intermediate English proficiency (verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension).
    6. Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
    7. Skilled in stakeholder management, specifically collaborating and partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs.
    8. Highly organized, skilled time management capabilities, and the ability to successfully execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Proven ability to maintain a requisition load, while managing complex projects around technology, branding, and operational efficiency.
    10. High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.

    Desired Qualifications
    1. Experience sourcing and tracking applicants with ATS, BrassRing (ideal).
    2. Experience working with a Human Capital Management System such as Workday to guide and coach managers in the Talent Acquisition Process.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focused. Understand and respond to internal and external customers’ needs with appropriate research methodologies and facilitate the presentation of recommendations.
    4. Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships and credibility with internal/external clients, key business partners, and internal/external candidates.
