Technician I, Quality - Shift A
Position Overview
This technician supports the quality assurance activities related to development and manufacture of medical devices. The technician will work with engineers to address various product reliability and quality issues. • Assists engineers with investigation of product and process quality issues • Assists engineers with product testing and test method validations • Assists with activities related to equipment calibration, corrective/preventive actions, nonconformance reports, internal audits and CAPA projects • Additional duties as assigned
- • Knowledge of medical product manufacturing and quality • Experience with medical device testing; experience testing MicroVention products a plus • Ability to read and follow test procedures • Competency or ability to use MS Word and Excel • Minimum of one year technical work experience in the medical device industry • Good communication skills, including communication with associates in other departments • High School Diploma or equivalent
