Sr. Specialist, Healthcare Compliance (Monitoring)

Position Overview

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the corporate compliance program. Facilitate the accurate reporting of HCP (Health Care Professional) and teaching hospital payments under the CMS Open Payments System for Sunshine Act and other OUS and State reporting and disclosure requirements. Manage the execution of the Grants Donations process. Assist the Healthcare Compliance Manager with the Testing & Monitoring Program. Provide reports and data analytics on findings and assist the Compliance Manager develop corrective action plans. Job duties:
  • Facilitate the HCP aggregate spend reporting process including identifying, collecting, cleansing, and remediating HCP and teaching hospital payments and provide training to various stakeholders and business partners as needed.
  • Administer all key operational tasks related to GRC (Grants Review Committee) which includes hosting GRC meetings, processing intake forms and grant payments, and reconciling funding.
  • Assist in executing Compliance Team’s Global Testing & Monitoring Program activities by completing operational tasks, conducting reviews, performing analysis, and addressing remediation with various business partners.
  • Perform various data analytics processes to generate reports that provide compliance-related metrics to the organization and confirm compliance with company policies.
  • Interact with various corporate functions and instruct and update associates on compliance risk areas, policies, and procedures.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $105,000 (Compensation could be higher/lower based on experience, education and skill sets)

    1. BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Accounting, Compliance, or a relevant field of medical device, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.
    3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience with data analytics, internal auditing, monitoring, testing, and/or HCP reporting.
    4. Strong organizational skills, collaboration, and attention to detail.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Concur, JD Edwards).
