Training Specialist - EMEA
Position Overview
In charge of training MicroVention personnel, distributors, and healthcare professionals in the EMEA region; support Training Manager, EMEA in all training related activities. Job duties:
- Execute training programs on MV technologies in EMEA.
- Train MV personnel and distributors.
- Train physicians and other healthcare professionals when applicable.
- Organize and participate in hands-on trainings.
- Work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to collect training needs, elaborate programs, and organize trainings.
- Organize and arrange training materials (shipments, logistics, storage).
- Work in collaboration with the Sr. Events & Program Manager, EMEA.
- Support trade shows and local events.
- Maintain high level of clinical and technical knowledge.
- Support cases as necessary.
- Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designed, to acquire or strengthen skills and learn about new products or sales programs.
- Comply with local laws in relation with tenders/contracts, vigilance reporting, and relations with Healthcare Professionals.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
- Knowledge of neurovascular anatomy and neurointerventional techniques.
- Ability to articulate MicroVention product use, concept, and outcomes.
- Ability to effectively interface with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical staff as a team and autonomously.
- Ability to interface with physicians and staff.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to make presentations to members of the business community and Healthcare Professionals.
- Strong English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and virtual communication tools.
- Past experience in Training or Sales.
