Coordinator, Marketing, EMEA

Position Overview

Provide support to the EMEA Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and events. Duties include handling promotional activities, communications, finance and business compliance controls, HCP interactions, and supplier interactions. Work closely with other teams and departments, including Sales, Finance, and Operations. Job duties:
  • ­Coordinate contracts with HCPs and vendors related to marketing promotional activities (including EthixBase and Event Tools).
  • End-to-end execution of cost controls related to promotional activities, from RINGI submissions to invoice follow-up with suppliers.
  • Manage the logistics of HCPs related to promotional/marketing activities (e.g., Marketing Advisory Board and any other HCP engagement activities initiated by the EMEA marketing team).
  • Manage promotional stock/inventory and order new promotional materials (e.g., Storefront).
  • Support and lead S&OP process in IBP.
  • Support the logistics needs for marketing and promotional activities (e.g., shipping promotional materials, samples, in-vitro demonstration models, etc.).
  • Consolidate data regarding lead demand information gathered during digital and face to face channels and make bridge between commercial team.
  • Support the data privacy and GDPR processes related to marketing events database.
  • Coordinate the copy approval process for marketing assets (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Provide technical product support and act as the seismic marketing coordinator.
  • Support the execution of marketing promotional activities (e.g., dealing with vendors that manage, product demonstrations, HCP lectures, brochure creations, etc.).
  • Support compliance activities related to marketing activities such as declarations to healthcare associations (e.g., CNOM, ARS, transparency declarations) and congress reviews (e.g., location, agenda, etc.).
  • Support the MV group registration for selected congresses at MVE.
  • Support execution of two internal meetings: Annual Sales Meeting and Distributor meeting.
  • Support execution and communication with 3rd party agencies that organize HCP logistics to promote commercial activities/events.
  • Support the digital marketing content strategy and channel deployment.
  • Support the execution of internal and external digital communication plans.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    2. Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
    4. Attention to detail.
    5. Superior organizational and time management skills.
    6. Very good command of MS Office package.
    7. Proficient English language skills.
    8. Good tool knowledge of event management software (e.g., C-Vent or equivalent).
    Desired Qualifications
    1. ­Bachelor’s degree in administrative, management, marketing, or a similar field.
    2. Experience with digital marketing.
    3. Experience with project management.
