
Planner Clerk

Position Overview
Responsible for issuing Build Records to production as well as data entry of planning reports. Accountable for ensuring documents and processes are compliant with the established company practices and procedures. Provide support to other planner clerks on daily activities and provide trainings to new personnel. Job duties:
- Generate Build Records as requested per Production.
- Data entry of planning and quality required reports.
- Report shortages of inventory to Production Planner.
- Proactively escalate potential production barriers.
- Provide training to new personnel.
- Advance knowledge on different production families.
- Support production planning for short term and mid-term horizon.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- HS diploma
- Minimum one (1) years of production support or related experience
- Ability to read and understand company procedures.
- General computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and Access.
- Experience with data entry and attention to details.
- Prior experience in production support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Active student on Industrial Engineering or related field.
