
Recruiter Intern

Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition in charge of and responsible for successfully executing end-to-end recruiting activities, collaborate with diverse administrative and operative tasks to facilitate process flow, as well as create and implement new and creative ideas. This role is 30% sourcing/recruitment, and 70% Talent Acquisition operational/functional activities.
- Successfully execute recruiting activities, such as: review job descriptions, source and pre-screen candidates, set up interviews, facilitate post-interview logistics for all parts, create and extend offers, conduct reference/background checks.
- Support Recruiters with all required tasks in order to accelerate TA delivery.
- Provide an exceptional experience for all parties: TA Manager, HRBP, Recruiter Hiring Manager, candidate, interviewing team, and other interested stakeholders.
- Perform requisition management in our ATS, assuring accuracy and in an organized manner.
- Effectively communicate with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to schedule interviews, present pre-selected candidates, request documentation/information, among others.
- Effectively communicate with candidates to set up medical checkups, interviews, appointments, extend invitations to assessment centers, place job offers, request documentation/information, among others.
- Keep accurate and timely registry of all candidate documentation and interactions.
- Collaborate with TA team with all requested tasks to ensure delivery.
- Collaborate with onboarding and facilitate all necessary logistics and requirements for new hires
- Maintain up-to-date and organized tracking of all open requisitions including status, actions in place, next steps, etc., and follow up accordingly
- Support the facilitation and ongoing improvements for our Assessment Centers and other recruiting programs.
- Participate in various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding, and social media.
- Keep confidentiality and handle in a professional manner al TA information, documentation, processes and procedures.
- Raise flag to Recruiter and/or TA Manager of any unforeseen issue they should be informed of, as well as of any inquiry, advise, doubt or concern prior to taking action.
- Human Resources, Business Administration or related career to core business at 50%+ progress.
- Basic-Intermediate English knowledge (verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages
- Solid interpersonal skills: capable to manage effective stakeholder interactions, as well as collaborating and partnering with candidates, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, other key players of the process.
- Skilled working with diverse software platforms, internet savvy.
- Highly organized, good time management capabilities, and the ability to successfully execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Good communicator, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with emailing dynamics.
- High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
