  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and have a demonstrated ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.
  • Have a genuine interest in learning the role of in-house counsel in a fast-paced global corporate environment.
  • Have strong desire to build skills in contracting engagement and review process.
  • Are comfortable performing legal research and drafting memoranda for various matters pertaining to the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Under attorney supervision, draft and review correspondence, issue spot and comment/redline agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Support the Legal Operations Function.
  • Assist Legal Affairs Team with supporting and advising internal clients and business units.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects related to the Legal Affairs function.
  • Report on your progress in a timely manner.

  • The Skills Needed for the Job
    • Rising 3L currently enrolled full-time at an accredited law school.
    • Interest in learning about role of in-house counsel.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

    Additional Information
    • This position will be an hybrid (onsite/remote) work role.
    • Relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
