Position Overview
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals. • Overall sales management for the applicable region • Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals, company strategies and ensure customer expectations • Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues and strategies to management • Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop TSMs within the region • Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region • Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM
