Position Overview

Ensure that material flows to and from the EMEA distribution center are managed smoothly and in a timely manner, ensuring highly accurate system data to support customer operations and to make regional business decisions. Actively seek process improvements and is involved in cross functional activities within the EMEA Organization to achieve company goals. Job duties:
  • ­Inventory management: Coordinate stock movement within storage locations at 3PL warehouse and arrange returns to US/CR for product rework.
  • Ensure finished goods inventory accuracy between MV ERP and 3PL.
  • Monitor and analyze ERP logistics transactions and proactively work on corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze level of stock in transit from EU customers and sales offices to 3PL and follow up with EMEA customer service teams to ensure prompt goods receipt.
  • Review and analyze monthly logistics costs and identify areas of improvement.
  • Review open orders and coordinate fulfilment within EMEA sales organizations.
  • Manage back-order resolution.
  • Analyzing proper inventory levels (safety stock).
  • Plan and execute stock transfer orders.
  • Track incoming shipments.
  • Supply Chain process optimizations (ERP related) and documentation through SOPs.
  • Assist EMEA Training Department with shipments of NFHU (demo) products.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    1. University degree (bachelor’s degree), preferably focused on SCM/Logistics.
    2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
    3. Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
    4. Very good Excel and general IT skills.
    5. Working in a structured manner.
    6. Focus on the goal, able to prioritize.
    7. Challenging the status quo, searching best solutions and focus on continuous improvement.
    8. Committed, team player.
    9. Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
    10. Zero (0) to two (2) years of prior experience in a Supply Chain role.
    11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
    12. Strong English language skills.
    13. Willingness to travel within Europe.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. ­Familiar with SAP Logistics Modules.
    2. Experience with Power BI dashboards.
    3. Experience in high tech or medical device industry preferred.
    4. Experience in multinational business environment preferred.
