Position Overview

This position will manage and maintain the internal and external digital media communication tools that are continuously renewed to reflect our product and company growth and culture. Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of digital projects, which can include site launch, online tools, web applications, advertising campaigns and more. As digital platforms and processes are constantly evolving, this position will be expected to research, give recommendations and work with multiple departments to ensure available information reaches our target audiences. Job duties:
  • Lead strategic discussions with marketing and sales teams to identify digital opportunities in the industry. Work closely with corporate communications, product marketing, sales, HR, IT, as well as other departments to reach the company’s digital goals.
  • Manage the digital team to provide leadership and creative direction to improve digital presence and processes.
  • Responsible for the successful managing and facilitation of key communication & digital projects from estimation through launch and maintenance. Provide end-to-end project management, including scope, budget, detailed planning and monitoring of project progress. Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement project plans. Key stages include discovery, scope, planning, production, deployment and maintenance. Such projects include product 3D modeling/CGI, videos, digital campaigns, websites, apps, digital signage, internal and external software and tools (i.e., asset management systems, project management software, and promotional approval software management).
  • Lead the team to monitor digital tools and analytics, providing direction of how to create actionable items from data to improve content and tools.
  • Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication and project management between vendor and departmental teams.
  • Oversee and maintain the company digital photography studio. Lead photo and video shoots ranging from product photography, in-service product videos, HR culture videos, headshots, livestreaming etc. Work directly with external vendors for additional photo and video support for projects with greater scope.
  • Work with the Corporate Communications department to plan and execute company-wide corporate campaigns and social media strategy and implementation.
  • Create project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Manage global training for the current digital programs utilized worldwide.
  • International travel (~10-15%).

    1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
    2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a medical device environment.
    3. Understanding of technical media language, data analysis and software/hardware processes.
    4. Understand creative and innovative practical marketing knowledge to deliver tools that will enhance the company and products brand.
    5. Working knowledge of SEO, as well as growth tracking, ROI, web-related data analysis and other metrics.
    6. Graphic design and communications required.
    7. Ability to interact with multiple associates and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
    8. Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment.
