Sr. Specialist, Global Talent Development (Hybrid)
Position Overview
Support the creation and implementation of global talent management solutions, performance management process, succession planning, and leadership development solutions, programs, and initiatives. As a global role, work closely with global HR partners and build relationships and partnerships with the business globally. Job duties:
- Partner with Global HR Stakeholder and Global Business Stakeholders to design and deliver performance management educational solutions to People Managers and Associates. Conduct needs analyses, take a consultative approach, research best practices, develop solutions, and measure successful implementation and ongoing management of approaches.
- Enhance the performance management mindset and processes by partnering with Global HR Stakeholders and HRIS. Lead strategy sessions, gain alignment, and project manage applicable components to ensure successful execution.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization. Help build the talent bench by contributing to the design of the 9-box and succession planning process and creating appropriate tools to address needs. Through these initiatives, assist in launching Individual Development Planning with identified Key Talent.
- Partner with Global HR Stakeholders and Global Business Stakeholders to align needs and redesign tiered leadership development solutions.
- Perform administrative duties related to the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.
- Build and articulate metrics/measurements and comprehensive reports, present findings, and propose enhancements.
- Administrative Management: Order materials; schedule rooms; monitor usage and effectiveness of programs; track attendance; monitor behavioral change, report out on findings; integrate Talent Development content into learning management system; and run reports as needed.
- Facilitate and execute learning and development solutions and programs.
- Leverage existing resources including content, processes, and reports and “give it new life” by enhancing or repurposing.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, including other projects and duties.
