Position Overview

This position provides clerical and administrative support to the department and operates under general supervision. Provides general administrative office support, answers phones and directs visitors. This position typically reports to a Director level.
  • Provides administrative support to the Director and the supporting staff of the department.
  • Compiles and maintains standard reports.
  • Manages Ringi (Project Approval Process) generation as needed by the team to facilitate creation of and routing for comments/approvals, including check requests, invoices and other financial documentation as directed.
  • Organizes periodic webinars and conference calls.
  • Assists with organization/coordination including on-site and pre/post meeting support of meetings, customer program events/meetings, etc.
  • Supports logistical arrangements of department programs.
  • Assists the Director with email organization and staff calenders.
  • Performs general filing and record keeping for the department.
  • Answers and routes incoming phone calls.
  • Assists and directs visitors and vendors.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and/or faxes.
  • Manages general office supply inventory/distribution and business card orders.
  • May manage expense reports and travel itinerary for Director.
  • Coordinates primarily small size projects.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of progressive administrative support experience.
    3. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
