Director, Marketing EMEA
Position Overview
Take ownership of the existing and future product portfolio and report directly to the VP & General Manager – EMEA. Responsible for formulating and executing an effective and strategic sales & marketing plan to drive above market growth and share gains while maximizing new product launches.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all product related activities to deliver sustainable growth and drive profitability in EMEA. Specific responsibilities include development and implementation of downstream tactics and commercial programs. Collaboration is essential and driving engagement with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure delivery of appropriate tools and messaging internally and externally. Job duties:

- Be a core member of the EMEA leadership team and play a key role in the development of cross functional business strategies.
- Drive performance excellence in Sales/Marketing systems and processes for the EMEA business.
- Lead the product portfolio strategy at EMEA level, linking goals to company-wide strategy.
- Set direction for the development of product-specific marketing campaigns.
- Predict industry trends and marketplace developments relevant to business analytics.
- Provide business analysis and controlling support for sales and marketing management.
- Foresee the impact of market and competitive factors on the business strategic choices.
- Champion technology, organization, and culture changes as required by business needs.
- Proactively look for opportunities for collaboration within and across businesses/divisions and initiate and manage change.
- Provide leadership for Marketing team, including talent acquisition, development, and growth.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with the US Marketing team.
