Position Overview

Coordinates activities concerned with the Maintenance team and sustaining the CMMS maintenance system. All work is to be performed in such a manner to ensure good workmanship with minimum delays. This position is expected to take a proactive role in supporting the team, providing internal customer support, and building a high level of trust with internal customers as well as Quality Assurance/Manufacturing personnel. Job duties:
  1. Coordinate/maintain PM work orders and scheduling.
  2. Monitors spare stock to meet the majority of maintenance needs.
  3. Keep informed customed of current job status.
  4. Clean, inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment.
  5. Ensure timely turn-around time on all equipment maintenance and repair services.
  6. Generate and maintain appropriate work-related records, such as maintenance work orders, PM schedules.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

    1. High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. Technical degree in mechanics, electric or electronics.
    3. Advanced English skills.
    4. At least three (3) years of experience as a technician in medical industry.
    5. Proficient in using personal computers and a working knowledge of software such as MS Excel and Word.
    6. Good understanding of GMPs with experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
    7. Experience with reading and preparing technical documentation.
    8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    9. Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
    10. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    11. Ability to promote effective working relationships at all levels and create a positive work environment.
    12. Ability to collaborate with others in a team-based environment and maintain a high degree of personal credibility.
    13. Detail oriented.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Related work experience in maintenance management systems (SAP).
    2. Possess math skills and ability to perform calculations.
    3. Good communication skills.
    4. Previous management experience preferred.
    5. Basic job related.
