Position Overview

Responsible for the SAP master data setup and maintenance to ensure accuracy and quality data to support Supply Chain System locally and globally. Play a critical role to maintain data integrity by performing data review, analysis, and enrichment, and resolving issues. Job duties:
  • Process requests for master data creation and maintenance in SAP/MDG (Master Data Governance) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring policies, procedures and SOPs are followed.
  • Collaborate with various functions and leverage analytical tools to resolve operational issues by troubleshooting, identifying root cause, perform risk analysis, and updating data discrepancies; execute bulk master data correction as needed.
  • Work directly with internal business partners to ensure data change requests and submission are complete in SAP/MDG, issues are resolved while in compliance with standards.
  • Review and analyze complex data situations and solve problem without supervision.
  • Support process improvements within supply chain by helping implement system driven processes and by defining new master data requirements.
  • Responsible for data collection and validation for new parts and vendor master data creation.
  • Perform analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
    2. A minimum of four (4) years of relevant SAP/MDG work experience.
    3. Strong knowledge of SAP with experience of data creation and maintenance in MDG.
    4. Ability to review and analyze complex situations and solve problems without supervision.
    5. Experience with data processing and analytics in a manufacturing environment.
    6. Understanding of Purchasing and Supply Chain business activities.
    7. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task.
    9. Capable of strategic and tactical engagement.
    10. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    11. Must be a team player.
    12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams, etc.).
