Position Overview

Responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, employing (traditional and non-traditional) sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating and executing new and creative ideas to attract top talent. This role is approximately 75% sourcing/ recruiting and 25% talent acquisition project based. Job duties:
  • Maintain a large requisition load with a variety of different clients.
  • Execute on the current workforce plan and flex as plan changes.
  • Network through industry contacts, associations, organizations and associates.
  • Work hand in hand with hiring managers to help develop compelling job descriptions, pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews and facilitate post-interview calibration process.
  • Work with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s) and Compensation to develop and extend offers, work with TA Specialist to conduct reference/background checks and assist with the candidate onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with key department heads to create customized sourcing/recruitment strategies focused on mid-senior level positions.
  • Support company’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy.
  • Assist in University/College Relations program to include internship, rotational, and direct hire programs.
  • Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition process through formal presentations and ad-hoc coaching.
  • Perform various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding and social media.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    1. BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Human Resourcesand/or significant sourcing/recruiting experience above the minimum requirement.
    2. Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in full-cycle sourcing/recruitment and/or a combination of full-cycle and university/college relations experience.
    3. Demonstrated experience creating and building qualified candidate pipelines through traditional & innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques.
    4. Strong technical aptitude including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), knowledge of social media and working knowledge of MS Office.
    5. Proven ability to maintain a large requisition load, while managing complex projects around technology, branding and operational efficiency.
    6. High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
    7. Demonstrated experience working with retained and contingency vendors
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Demonstrated experience developing individualized sourcing/recruitment strategies for clients.
    2. Specific experience tracking applicants with BrassRing ATS.
    3. Experience working with a Human Capitol Management System such as Workday to guide and coach managers in the Talent Acquisition Process.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, and understand and appropriately respond to internal and external customer’s needs with appropriate research methodologies and facilitate the presentation of recommendations.
    5. Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition branding and marketing in a corporate environment.
    6. Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships and credibility with internal/external clients, key business partners and internal/external candidates.
    7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.
    8. Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Experience in the medical devices industry (preferred).
    10. Familiarity with Dimensional Interviewing (DDI, Korn Ferry).
