Sr. Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (Hybrid)
Position Overview
Responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, employing (traditional and non-traditional) sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating and executing new and creative ideas to attract top talent. This role is approximately 75% sourcing/ recruiting and 25% talent acquisition project based. Job duties:
- Maintain a large requisition load with a variety of different clients.
- Execute on the current workforce plan and flex as plan changes.
- Network through industry contacts, associations, organizations and associates.
- Work hand in hand with hiring managers to help develop compelling job descriptions, pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews and facilitate post-interview calibration process.
- Work with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s) and Compensation to develop and extend offers, work with TA Specialist to conduct reference/background checks and assist with the candidate onboarding process.
- Collaborate with key department heads to create customized sourcing/recruitment strategies focused on mid-senior level positions.
- Support company’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy.
- Assist in University/College Relations program to include internship, rotational, and direct hire programs.
- Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition process through formal presentations and ad-hoc coaching.
- Perform various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding and social media.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
