Sr. Manager, Professional Affairs & Clinical Education
Position Overview
Lead and be responsible for the overall management of training systems for MV associates. Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that improve performance of associates at all levels of the business and deliver overall business success. Direct, develop, and monitor all education programs, partner and establish relationships and work effectively with healthcare professionals and global sales and distribution teams and internal department representatives. Lead and launch programs to global teams and contribute to projects with strategic and tactical execution to maximize opportunities, drive competitive advantages and optimize financial performance. Job duties:
- Lead the management of all curriculums for various MV clinical and technical education programs.
- Lead and implement required training and provide revisions to all programs.
- Lead the organization and ensure accuracy of training materials.
- Deliver and evaluate all written education materials and assist in global distribution.
- Administer all education performance.
- Support and lead Marketing in the development of education programs for global sales and distribution teams.
- Engage with Professional societies and build advocacy for MicroVention Technology.
- Identify and implement program enhancements and develop relevant metrics and key performance indicators to assure maximization of performance.
- Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows.
- Provide mentorship to Specialist, Clinical Education and Training Coordinator.
- Accept and lead special projects as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required.
