Position Overview

Perform various Talent Development (HR) and training administrative support duties. Assist with special projects as requested. Job duties:
  • Provide support to the HR Operations area.
  • Assist with adding Ringis and vendors, and creating PO’s.
  • Keep up to date the record of attendance list of each provided training.
  • Keep up to date Training and Talent Development metrics, as requested for the HR Operations area.
  • Assist in the process and organization of English course (enrollment, weekly review, and others related).
  • In charge of the coordination including logistics and organization of the “Líderes G” Program.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation workshop as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of trainings for all areas of MVCR, including reservations of conference rooms, preparing materials, creating vendors, creating and reviewing schedules, and all related activities to the training executions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    1. High School diploma.
    2. Student of Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
    3. At least one (1) year of experience in learning or training environment in MVCR.
    4. Basic knowledge in English (spoken and written), no lower than B1 in Belt.
    5. Knowledge in GDP’s and GMP’s.
    6. Exposure to HR principles and practices.
    7. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
    8. Accurate data entry skills.
    9. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
    10. Excellent interpersonal skills.
    11. High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
    12. Customer service oriented.

    1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
    2. Detail oriented.
    3. Demonstrated organizational skills.
    4. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT) and Outlook.
    5. Thorough knowledge and understanding of company’s HR and Training policies and procedures.
