Position Overview

Work in close collaboration with the HR Operations Manager, Global Talent Development, Clerk, HR Training, and MVCR HR Business Partners to implement various programs, projects, and initiatives, ultimately advancing MicroVention’s global Talent Strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, and enabling the achievement of organizational goals. Job duties:
  • Support the execution of talent programs such as professional development, leadership, management, and high potential development, generating enrollment, monitoring, and reporting out on progress.
  • Support the onboarding process, working in collaboration with the Clerk, HR Training and look for efficiencies and update content as needed.
  • Assist in the facilitation and/or facilitate sessions, local trainings, or global solutions or programs from Global Talent development as defined.
  • Maintain close partnership and consistent collaboration with all Global Talent Development Strategies.
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for next steps and choose appropriate training methods (e.g., virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.) as per the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) identified during the talent management process in MVCR, including other additional training needs identified.
  • Management of local English Program for MVCR associates, looking for the correct vendors and taking corrective actions as identified.
  • Support learning effectiveness, working closely with vendors when needed.
  • Research best practices, provide suggestions, and contribute to the effectiveness and evolution of MicroVention’s organizational talent strategy working in collaboration with Global TD.
  • Collaborate in the management of the Talent Development site as per Global TD needs.
  • In charge of translating materials for MVCR related training workshops as needed.
  • Consistently document efforts that provide good results for future implementation; incorporate Core Values and Global Competencies in all produced items.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, and/or Instructional Design, or Communications.
    2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related field and/or proven internship with sufficient demonstrated experience in the field.
    3. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, active listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.
