Position Overview

Responsible for the Warehouse team functions, including receiving and processing of inbound raw materials and other deliveries; internal distribution and handling of components and parcels; issuance of materials to production; external product processing; pick, pack, and shipment of finished goods to direct customers and distribution centers. Job duties:
  • Ensure raw material, in-process, and finished product security.
  • Develop and continuously improve compliant, efficient, and beneficial policies and procedures for the warehouse functions.
  • Utilize systematic processes to analyze and reduce total cost.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions with other plants and 3rd party processing facilities.
  • Supervise Warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storing, material delivery, shipping, etc.
  • Manage and deploy team of highly effective associates.
  • Identify optimal solutions for customer shipments.
  • Support the prompt resolution of issues related to inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a minimum of 97.5% cycle count accuracy.
  • Maintain exemplary customer service levels and pick/ship accuracy.
  • Negotiate service-level agreements with internal business partners including key performance indicators and expectations.
  • Develop and report relevant performance metrics.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and disposition.
  • Ensure trade compliance and regulatory requirements are being met.
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Create and manage budgets.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related business field.
    2. Minimum of four (4) years of warehouse/inventory/logistics management experience.
    3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external business partners/customers.
    4. Proven management, leadership, presentation, negotiation, team facilitation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. High level of technical acuity and good analytical skills.
    6. Must work well in a team environment with minimal direction.
    7. Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office and SAP or similar ERP.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an FDA regulated medical environment or equivalent regulations.
    2. Management/Supervisory experience preferred.
