Position Overview

Assists the Director, Asia Pacific Sales & CHAPLA Regional Marketing in downstream regional marketing in China, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Japan. Job duties:
  • Provides regional sales teams and distributors in the CHAPLA and Japan regions with logistical marketing support.
  • Prepares marketing materials for local congresses, workshops and trainings.
  • Places orders for internal products, competitive samples, and marketing materials.
  • Facilitates physician visits at the MV Headquarters, international physician proctoring and podium opportunities for the CHAPLA and Japan regions by coordinating with regional sales managers, distributors, and Global Marketing.
  • Generates CHAPLA Monthly Reports by updating marketing activities and sales performances.
  • Facilitates communication between headquarter-based Marketing personnel and regional sales teams within CHAPLA and Japan.
  • Travels internationally to support regional marketing activities, trains sales teams and distributors, provides technical support in clinical cases, and attends congresses.
  • Manages demo samples, marketing materials and training materials used for workshops, trade shows, training programs, physician visits, and other events within CHAPLA and Japan.
  • Supports creation of sales training slides and marketing materials.
  • Leads the approval process of sales/marketing slides through the Document Control system.
  1. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

    1. BA/BS degree with one to three (1-3) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
    2. Medical device industry experience.
    3. Excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and maintaining customer databases.
    4. Good communication and presentation skills.
    5. Excellent attention to detail, able to work autonomously.
    6. Professional English writing and speaking skills.
    7. Strong analytical capability.
    8. Up to 20% travel (local, regional, Int’l).
