Collaborates with engineers, supervisors and operators to support all functions related to process development and manufacturing activities and provide training when required. Job duties:
  • Works with a variety of process equipment.
  • Supports engineers in equipment or process validation studies.
  • Works with minimum supervision to meet departmental demands.
  • Provides operator training and monitors document conformance.
  • Identifies and corrects common process problems.
  • Drafts manufacturing documents such as work instructions, build records, validation protocols/reports, etc.
  • Sets up, adjusts and operates manufacturing equipment and instruments.
  • Builds and test validation units.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
    2. Tooling/fixture design experience with SolidWorks preferred.
    3. Minimum 0 - 3 years of experience as a Technician in the medical device industry or related industry.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and SolidWorks.
    2. Good written and oral communication.
    3. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.
