Collaborates with engineers, supervisors and operators to support all functions related to process development and manufacturing activities and provide training when required. Job duties:
  • Works with a variety of process equipment.
  • Supports engineers in equipment or process validation studies.
  • Works with minimum supervision to meet departmental demands.
  • Provides operator training and monitors document conformance.
  • Identifies and corrects common process problems.
  • Drafts manufacturing documents such as work instructions, build records, validation protocols/reports, etc.
  • Sets up, adjusts and operates manufacturing equipment and instruments.
  • Builds and test validation units.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Tooling/fixture design experience with SolidWorks preferred.
    • Minimum 0 - 3 years of experience as a Technician in the medical device industry or related industry.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and SolidWorks.
    • Mechanically inclined (auto mechanic, repairman, etc.)
    • Good written and oral communication.
    • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.
